Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience
  • Experience in at least one of the following:
    • Commercial Law
    • Employment Law
    • Criminal Law
  • Strong legal drafting and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and work with UAE laws and regulations
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide practical legal insights
  • Support compliance and risk management initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal accuracy
  • Handle matters relating to commercial, employment, or criminal law
  • Assist in advisory and regulatory compliance assignments
