Position:

  • Corporate & Commercial Law
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws
  • Strong drafting, contract review and vetting skills
  • Good legal research and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Industry exposure to Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences or IT is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and vet corporate and commercial contracts
  • Conduct legal research and support regulatory compliance
  • Provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters
  • Analyse contractual and legal issues and provide appropriate inputs
  • Handle multiple assignments and coordinate with clients and internal teams
