  • 4–6 years of experience

Eligibility:

  • 4–6 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience in general corporate advisory
  • Exposure to Trademark and IP matters
  • In-house lawyers with a strong business development inclination may also apply
  • Ability to work closely with businesses and build client relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Advise clients on general corporate and commercial matters
  • Handle Trademark and Intellectual Property-related matters
  • Work closely with businesses on legal requirements
  • Support client relationships and business development initiatives
  • Provide practical legal advice on commercial transactions
