Key Responsibilities / Role Highlights:

  • Drafting and vetting of commercial and corporate contracts
  • Handling MCA compliances and corporate filings
  • Supporting corporate governance requirements
  • Managing IP filings (trademarks, etc.)
  • Preparing and maintaining board and shareholder documentation
  • Cross-functional collaboration with business and internal teams
