Location:

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
  • 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Experience in end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Key Areas of Experience:

  • End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal)
  • Handling and negotiating complex agreements, including service contracts
  • Governance & Compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Corporate legal management and risk mitigation
