Position:

  • Legal Associate

Experience:

  • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. or equivalent law degree
  • Interest in corporate law, legal documentation, and compliance advisory
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Good communication and analytical abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review commercial contracts
  • Work on IPR matters including trademarks
  • Assist with corporate and secretarial compliance
  • Conduct legal and property due diligence
  • Support corporate advisory and documentation work
