Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility:

  • Advocate with a minimum of 5+ years of PQE
  • Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
  • Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills
  • Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
  • Represent clients before Courts and Tribunals
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Assist in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law
  • Manage litigation documentation and case files
  • Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials
