Position:

  • Legal Associate (Litigation)

Experience:

  • 0–1 year PQE (Freshers may apply)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Based in/residing in Delhi
  • 0–1 year of post-qualification experience
  • Prior court exposure and drafting experience
  • Strong research and drafting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong inclination toward litigation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Draft pleadings (complaints, suits, writs, applications, replies, etc.)
  • Assist and appear before courts and tribunals
  • Manage case files and ensure procedural compliance
  • Support case briefing and documentation

Practice Area Exposure:

  • Appearances before CAT, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and tribunals
