Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize legal reports and documents
  • Conduct due diligence of property documents
  • Perform property searches and obtain Encumbrance Certificates (EC)
  • Coordinate with panel advocates
  • Vet original title documents
  • Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
  • Maintain MIS and legal records
