Eligibility:

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree (candidates with strong legal knowledge may also apply)
• 2–5 years of experience
• Proven experience in property law and contract drafting
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage documentation and legal processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and vet Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, and Leave & License Agreements
• Review commercial contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents
• Conduct property due diligence and title verification
• Ensure compliance with real estate and local property laws
