Experience Required:

  • 1–2 years

Eligibility:

  • 2023 or 2024 law graduates
  • 1–2 years of work experience
  • Background in a law firm (PE/VC team preferred) or in-house legal role
  • Mandatory real estate experience (transactional / due diligence / documentation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal support for Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions
  • Handling investor due diligence
  • Drafting and negotiating:
    – Term Sheets
    – Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
    – Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, and FDI Policy
  • Advising on governance, board matters, and exit-related provisions
  • Coordinating with external counsels to ensure transaction readiness
  • Working on real estate–linked transactions and documentation
