Experience:

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience in corporate and commercial laws

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and vet contracts and legal documents
  • Assist in corporate and commercial dispute matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare legal opinions, notes, and written submissions
  • Contribute to legal writing and advisory assignments
  • Work closely with the legal team on commercial and corporate law matters
