Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong command over legal drafting and research.
- Sound understanding of commercial, corporate, and civil laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Conducting detailed legal research and case law analysis.
- Assisting in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Supporting senior counsels in hearings, filings, and client advisory work.
- Providing strategic inputs and ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
