Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and assist in litigation matters across various courts and tribunals
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications and briefs
  • Appear in court for hearings and procedural matters
  • Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and strategy
  • Coordinate filings, documentation and client communication
