Role Overview:
The role focuses on title search reports (TSR) and property due diligence, supporting real estate and transactional teams with structured legal analysis and risk identification.

Eligibility:

  • LL.B.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Title Search Reports / Due Diligence
  • Mandatory proficiency in one or more regional languages:
    – Punjabi
    – Assamese
    – Bengali
    – Odia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting title searches and property due diligence
  • Reviewing land records, revenue documents, and statutory approvals
  • Identifying legal risks, encumbrances, and compliance issues
  • Analysing and summarising regional language documents
  • Supporting transaction teams with clear and structured diligence reports
