Position:

  • Legal Associate – Trademark / Intellectual Property Rights

Experience:

  • 2–3 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified to practice law in India
  • Experience in trademark prosecution
  • Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural trademark laws
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Long-term commitment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
  • Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
  • Attend show cause hearings
  • Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
  • Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
  • Manage client portfolios and communication
