Eligibility:

  • Professional qualification in Law
  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Experience in contract negotiation (legal and procurement perspectives)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Willingness to drive process excellence and improvements
    Role Purpose:
  • Provide legal advisory, research, and operational legal support to business stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
  • Support submission of documents to official entities
  • Assist in contract management and administration
  • Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with global legal teams across Unilever

Key Responsibilities:
Contracting:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with third parties
  • Support use and updating of standard contract templates and clauses
  • Ensure supplier contracts address risk management requirements
  • Coordinate with legal teams responsible for contract expertise
    Governance & Compliance:
  • Support governance schedules and compliance processes for key suppliers
  • Assist in ongoing compliance activities
  • Identify deviations from standard clauses and highlight associated risks
  • Ensure internal contract templates remain updated
  • Support process improvement initiatives
    Stakeholder Management:
  • Support relationships with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, Digital Marketing, Data Privacy teams, and external counsel
