Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
- PQE: 3–4 years for both roles
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to practice
Role-specific Requirements
Legal Associate – Litigation (3–4 years)
- Mandatory: solid experience in Commercial Litigation and NCLT/Company Law Tribunal matters
- Responsible for drafting pleadings, managing filings, court appearances, case strategy and client coordination
Legal Associate – Arbitration (3–4 years)
- Mandatory: prior experience in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
- Responsible for drafting arbitration pleadings, preparing memorials, coordinating with counsel, hearings, and case strategy
Key Responsibilities (both roles):
- Draft and vet pleadings, petitions, submissions and other process documents
- Conduct legal research, prepare case notes and briefs
- Attend hearings, assist senior counsel and manage timelines
- Liaise with clients, external counsels and tribunal/court registries
