Eligibility:
Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Legal training: LL.B / BA LL.B or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant legal experience or experience in the alternative legal services industry
  • Familiarity with legal technology and its application in contract lifecycle management (CLM)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic experience in drafting and negotiating low-complexity commercial contracts
  • Familiarity with agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, distribution and license agreements
    Preferred Skills:
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new IT platforms and legal technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and people-management skills
  • Clear communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong client presentation abilities
  • High attention to detail, excellent organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver legal business services engagements for Deloitte clients
  • Draft and negotiate playbook-based buy-side and sell-side commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Work Orders, Change Notes)
  • Identify process and operational efficiencies within clients’ contracting functions
  • Track and report KPIs and engagement metrics
  • Support engagement administration including document collection, data entry, tracking, and records management
  • Project manage end-to-end contracting processes, coordinating with legal, finance, commercial, business, and delivery teams
  • Research technical and industry-specific legal issues
  • Communicate effectively with engagement leadership and client stakeholders
  • Balance multiple projects and responsibilities efficiently

Shift Timings:

  • US Shift:
    – 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or
    – 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
