Experience:

  • 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Experience with a reputed law firm and/or in-house legal team
  • Experience in Infrastructure M&A, General Corporate Advisory, and Transactional Work

  • Manage legal aspects of investment and business transactions
  • Identify legal risks and provide practical legal solutions
  • Support ongoing corporate and transactional legal matters across the platform
