Location:

Position:

  • Legal – Commercial, Compliance & Disputes
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. from a recognised university
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and business-related legal matters
  • Ability to advise business teams on legal, commercial and operational risks

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate and finalise commercial contracts, agreements and NDAs
  • Identify legal, commercial and operational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
  • Advise business teams on contractual rights, liabilities, indemnities and dispute resolution provisions
  • Ensure business transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, renewals and record management
  • Support legal disputes, litigation matters, claims, legal notices and settlement documentation
  • Provide support for legal metrology compliance, including product labelling, packaging regulations and compliance audits
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and HR teams on legal matters
