Position:

  • Legal Counsel – Commercial & Technology

Eligibility:

  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Relevant experience in SaaS, technology, software, IT services, or commercial contracting
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently review and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Strong commercial risk assessment and practical legal advisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, subscription, MSA, SOW, Order Form, vendor, supplier, and professional services agreements
  • Handle partner, reseller, referral, NDA, DPA, and BAA agreements
  • Advise on liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, data protection, security, warranties, SLAs, termination, and insurance provisions
  • Support customer and vendor contracting
  • Manage legal review within procurement processes
  • Identify contractual risks and provide practical legal advice
  • Work with Finance, Procurement, HR, Information Security, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Maintain contract templates, playbooks, standard positions, and workflows
  • Assist with corporate, employment, compliance, regulatory, and other legal matters
  • Coordinate with external counsel and support legal research
