- Legal Counsel – Corporate Commercial, Transactional & General Corporate
Eligibility:
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters
- Prior law firm experience is essential
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate transactions
- Exposure to IP advisory and filings
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and expectations
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Advise on corporate commercial and general corporate matters
- Support M&A, joint venture, private equity, and other transactions
- Assist with IP advisory and filing matters
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice
- Independently manage client communications and expectations
- Support transactional and corporate assignments
