Experience:

6–8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team of a large group company/MNC

Eligibility:

Graduate/Post Graduate from an accredited law school
6–8 years of relevant legal experience
Experience in a reputed law firm or in-house legal team of a large group company/MNC
In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Consumer, and Contract Laws
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Good analytical skills and commercial acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in transaction lifecycle management, including external counsel management and post-transaction matters
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for M&A, projects, and commercial transactions
Assist with legal due diligence
Draft and review policies and operating procedures
Provide legal advice on operational and business matters, including contracts and commercial laws
Maintain legal databases and documentation
Track and communicate legal developments, judicial precedents, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues
Assist with legal knowledge management
