Eligibility:

  • Law degree from a reputable law school
  • 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/business legal advisory (law firm or in-house)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, research, and business judgment skills
  • Ability to work independently and within integrated teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a pragmatic approach

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience in a multinational corporate legal department
  • Experience supporting oil and gas industry operations
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative
  • Company Secretary qualification (desirable but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and related documents
  • Providing compliance support and legal advisory across company operations
  • Supporting business activities across multiple jurisdictions
  • Advising on corporate and commercial legal matters
