Eligibility:
- Graduate degree in Law
- 2 years of experience
- Licensed to practice law in India
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- High integrity and ethical standards
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Head of Legal (South Asia) and Country Heads of Legal in providing legal advice across a broad range of issues
- Manage dispute and litigation matters as directed
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Support contract review and negotiation, including frame agreements, contracts, and partnerships
- Participate in development and implementation of legal strategies
- Support corporate governance at regional and country levels
- Assist with implementation of the Code of Conduct and integrity training
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and Group directives
- Support due diligence and integrity monitoring
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and service providers
- Participate in local, regional, and global legal projects
- Engage in continuous learning through the Legal & Integrity learning program
- Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity
