About the Role:
The position aims to deliver, manage, and support legal work at an entry to mid-level capacity within Dentsu, ensuring compliance, effective risk management, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements and contracts.
• Deliver legal support, templates, and guidance to underpin company strategy and business expansion.
• Support commercial teams in contractual negotiations to secure favorable legal and commercial terms for Dentsu.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal training and risk management programs for senior management.
• Contribute to best practices in compliance, contract management, intellectual property, data protection, IT, litigation, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Assist with cost-effective handling of existing litigation and disputes, ensuring timely updates and reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law graduate (LL.B / LL.M) from a reputed institution.
• 0–2 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in commercial or corporate law).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with IP, data protection, and contract law preferred.
