Experience:
- 10–15 years of total legal experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 10–15 years of experience as a lawyer
- At least 5 years of corporate legal department or law firm experience
- Strong experience in domestic and international M&A transactions
- Experience in demergers, divestments, and corporate restructuring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal due diligence for M&A transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Handle Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, NDAs, Engagement Letters, and Letters of Intent
- Draft and negotiate Binding/Non-Binding Offers, Asset Purchase Agreements, Business Transfer Agreements, and IP Agreements
- Ensure compliance with antitrust, securities, and FEMA requirements
- Manage deal logistics and transaction processes
- Advise on legal risks, tax implications, and post-closing matters
- Support the completion of legally compliant and commercially sound M&A transactions
