Experience:

  • 2–4 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified lawyer
  • Experience in areas such as cash management, liquidity, e-commerce, financial market infrastructure, credit transactions, supply chain finance, factoring, receivables purchase, or merchant acquiring
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional teams
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to Payments business across APAC and EMEA regions
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, borrowers, and partner banks
  • Collaborate with global legal teams and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives in legal operations
