Position:

Employment Type:

Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience with a reputed law firm or the legal department of a large multinational corporation
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracting

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts and business agreements
  • Support business operations and development initiatives through legal advisory
    Regulatory & Compliance Advisory
  • Advise on industry-specific laws and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Support anti-bribery, competition law, and compliance programs
    Marketing & Advertising Support
  • Advise on marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities
  • Review consumer-facing communications from a legal and regulatory perspective
    Intellectual Property & Business Development
  • Support intellectual property-related matters
  • Assist with business development transactions and negotiations
    Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, HR, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Government Relations, and R&D teams
  • Support regulatory and government engagement initiatives
    Dispute Management
  • Manage disputes and litigation matters
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and service providers
    Strategic Advisory
  • Advise on go-to-market strategies and key business initiatives
  • Provide commercially focused legal solutions while ensuring compliance
