Experience:

3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility:

Master’s degree or LL.M. in Law
Bar qualification is an advantage
3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred
Experience in the telecommunications/media sector is an advantage
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Key Responsibilities:

Structure, draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts and tender responses
Ensure contracts and transactions comply with applicable national and international laws
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, including on competition law matters
Provide legal assistance to SES affiliates and subsidiaries
Advise business functions on transactional and commercial legal matters
Provide legal support for projects, contracts, initiatives, bids, and public/private partnership activities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels
Communicate legal advice clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences
