Eligibility:
- LL.B. degree
- 4–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP and technology contracts (including SaaS, license agreements, research agreements, and IPR clauses in service engagements)
- Strong understanding of IPR: Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs, Trade Secrets
- Ability to understand emerging technologies and advise on legal implications
- Experience in patent search, drafting, and prosecution (India, US, EP)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP and technology-related contracts
- Advise on legal implications of emerging technologies and structure compliant agreements
- Handle IPR provisions in service and research engagements
- Conduct or support patent searches, drafting, and prosecution across jurisdictions
- Provide techno-legal advice to business and technology teams
- Support compliance and risk management for IP and technology initiatives
