Eligibility:

  • LL.B. or relevant legal qualification (implied for the role)

  • 0–1 year of experience in Legal Search Report (LSR) work preferred
  • Hardworking and willing to learn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal matters relating to mortgage documentation and Business Legal functions
  • Conduct Legal Search Reports (LSR) and title verification
  • Assist in legal due diligence for mortgage-related transactions
  • Support documentation and compliance processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal matters related to secured lending
