Eligibility:

  • Law graduate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience in drafting contracts and agreements preferred
  • Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external counsels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements
  • Drafting legal notices
  • Conducting legal research
  • Examination of title and property-related documents
  • Coordinating with business teams and external legal counsels
  • Providing support in litigation and regulatory matters
  • Maintaining and managing legal documentation and records
