Location:

• Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana

Position:

• Legal Executive
• 1–5 years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

• 1–5 years of legal/litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation management
• Good drafting, communication and computer skills
• Ability to read and write Telugu, Hindi and English
• Knowledge of land laws, land records, title verification and registration processes

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Civil, Criminal, Labour, Consumer, Arbitration, NCLT, NGT and IPR matters
• Draft and vet pleadings, affidavits, agreements, MoUs, deeds, notices and other legal documents
• Handle court proceedings before courts, tribunals and judicial authorities
• Coordinate with external counsel, Senior Advocates and law firms
• Handle land records, title verification, registration and government liaison
• Manage legal negotiations, claims and dispute resolution matters
