Position:
- Legal Executive
- Reporting to Senior Manager, with dotted-line reporting to Head Legal
Eligibility:
- 0–3 years of experience in contract management
- Working experience in litigation, including court filings and proceedings
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with legal and business teams
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet commercial, supply, services, and telecom agreements
- Support contract management and assess contractual risks with mitigation measures
- Work with Sales, Product, and other teams on legal requirements and new product agreements
- Review KYC documentation and support ERP verification processes
- Handle litigation matters, legal notices, pleadings, petitions, and related documents
- Brief external counsel and assist with case preparation and legal opinions
- Support business licences, registrations, and Intellectual Property Rights matters
