Position:

  • Legal Manager – Business Legal

Experience:

  • 5–6 years of relevant legal experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 5–6 years of experience in business or commercial legal matters
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business legal frameworks
  • Proficiency in the local language (mandatory)
  • Good analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle business and commercial legal matters of the organization
  • Provide legal advisory and compliance support to business teams
  • Review and draft commercial agreements and legal documentation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel when required
