Eligibility:
Education:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university
- LL.M. or equivalent international legal qualification (added advantage)
Experience: - Minimum 7 years PQE
- Preferably in a SaaS, IT, or technology-driven organization or a reputed law firm advising such clients
Technical Expertise: - Commercial contract management across Indian and international jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of GDPR and global data protection frameworks
- Familiarity with cross-border commercial practices in EU, SEA, and GCC regions
Skills: - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Commercially sound, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS agreements, subscription and licensing agreements, reseller and partner contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and data processing agreements
- Providing cross-border legal support and ensuring compliance with local laws in EU, SEA, and GCC regions
- Advising on GDPR and global privacy regulations, supporting data governance and privacy impact assessments
- Identifying legal risks and proposing business-focused mitigation strategies
- Conducting legal research on international commercial, technology, and SaaS regulations and preparing legal opinions
- Collaborating with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to support business objectives
