Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a reputed law college
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in non-litigation mortgage work
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, or other regional languages (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal assistance across company operations
  • Conduct property due diligence for mortgage transactions
  • Review LSR/TSR and provide legal opinions
  • Conduct property searches and prepare reports
  • Handle legal due diligence for mortgage creation (equitable/registered)
  • Draft mortgage documentation
  • Assist internal teams with legal queries and compliance (including stamp duty matters)
