Eligibility:

  • 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
  • Experience in handling secured litigation
  • Strong knowledge of SARFAESI proceedings
  • Ability to manage litigation matters end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with external advocates and legal teams
  • Willingness to attend court hearings regularly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage secured litigations by and against the company
  • Handle end-to-end SARFAESI proceedings
  • Guide and support the legal team on litigation matters
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with advocates handling company matters
  • Visit courts for day-to-day hearings as required
  • Track court proceedings and ensure timely updates
  • Maintain and oversee MIS relating to litigation matters
  • Update hearing details in MIS for internal reporting and publication
  • Ensure effective coordination and monitoring of ongoing legal matters
