Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Preference for candidates with LL.M.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience coordinating with Advocates, Law Officers, Court Staff, Police & Enforcement Agencies
- Proven experience in drafting and vetting: Writs, Agreements, MOAs, Complaints, Notices, Affidavits, Written Statements, commercial contracts
- Experience managing litigation before Supreme Court, High Courts, Civil & Criminal Courts, Consumer Forums, Lok Adalats
- Exposure to Recovery Litigation (secured & unsecured), Arbitration, MVCT matters
Skills Required:
- Strong legal research and drafting capability
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Ability to evaluate legal risks and advise leadership
- Independent working ability with minimal supervision
- Experience managing litigation portfolios
- Strong coordination and analytical abilities
Age Limit: 33 years
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and recommend revisions across legal documents
- Ensure timely execution of legal processes and tasks
- Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies
- Manage & defend litigation across courts and forums
- Handle recovery litigation, arbitration, MVCT and general litigation
- Draft and review complex legal documents and pleadings
- Coordinate with external counsels, law officers and enforcement agencies
- Manage legal communication and documentation effectively
