Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in Law (full-time) from a recognized university
- Postgraduate degree in Law preferred
- Experience in the finance/banking sector with a strong track record
- Strong drafting skills with experience creating comprehensive contracts that mitigate risk
- Fluency in English and Hindi (reading & writing); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Familiarity with IBC, SARFAESI, NCLT, and laws related to immovable property
- Process-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Review finance facility agreements and related documentation
- Conduct due diligence of properties proposed as mortgage security
- Provide legal advice/opinions on various matters
- Review and advise on Title Search Reports of immovable properties
- Support LAP division in legal risk assessment and compliance
