Position:

  • Legal Manager – Litigation

Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation
  • Experience in SARFAESI, Negotiable Instruments Act, and arbitration preferred
  • Strong legal drafting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in financial services / housing finance litigation preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation matters under the SARFAESI Act
  • Manage matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
  • Handle arbitration-related matters
  • Draft legal notices, replies, and other litigation documents
  • Coordinate with advocates and internal teams
  • Track cases and ensure timely resolution of legal matters
  • Support day-to-day litigation and legal requirements
