HDB Financial Services is a leading Indian NBFC providing lending and business process outsourcing services. The firm is inviting applications for legal professionals to support matters relating to Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.

Positions:

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. qualification
  • 2–8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in litigation, arbitration, and legal drafting
  • Experience in execution matters
  • Exposure to financial services / NBFC legal processes
  • Knowledge of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
  • Knowledge of Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act

Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal matters relating to LAP, Personal Loans, and Business Loans
  • Manage litigation and arbitration proceedings
  • Draft and review legal documents and pleadings
  • Handle execution and recovery-related matters
  • Support NBFC legal processes and documentation
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal assistance
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel
