Eligibility:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Stamp Act (Central & State), Specific Relief Act, Companies Act, RBI regulations, SARFAESI, and other applicable laws
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide practical and commercially viable legal solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for an NBFC environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support legal operations for assigned branches
- Assist business teams in transaction structuring and legal risk assessment
- Draft, review, and update standard agreements, templates, and legal guidelines
- Coordinate with external law firms for legal documentation and opinions
- Review collateral documents and title search reports
- Support complex transactions involving state-specific legal issues
- Assess transactions from legal, commercial, compliance, and risk perspectives
- Recommend legal risk mitigation measures to protect the organisation’s interests
- Ensure timely completion of legal assignments while maintaining quality standards
- Visit assigned branches, government authorities, and local legal vendors when required
