Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. or Law Graduate
  • Experience in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) matters
  • Experience in preparation of legal reports
  • Experience in non-litigation legal work
  • Candidates from Legal Firms, HFCs, NBFCs, or Banks preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal matters relating to Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios
  • Prepare and review legal reports related to property and lending transactions
  • Conduct title verification and legal scrutiny of property documents
  • Support non-litigation legal functions and transaction-related legal processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements
  • Identify legal risks and provide appropriate recommendations for mitigation
  • Assist in maintaining legal documentation and records
