Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. degree
  • Interest in non-litigation legal work
  • Basic knowledge of property law and documentation (preferred)
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Title Search Reports (TSR)
  • Vet legal documents and agreements
  • Conduct property and legal due diligence
  • Support documentation and compliance processes
