Position:

  • Legal Operations Analyst

Eligibility:

  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, business operations, systems support, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in a global technology company or corporate legal department preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations and administration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and processes
  • Manage contract intake, workflows, templates, clause libraries, access, reporting, and data quality
  • Monitor contract milestones, approvals, assignments, and signatures
  • Build dashboards and reports for legal metrics, KPIs, and technology adoption
  • Support AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives
  • Evaluate new technologies and support testing, integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Legal, Digital, and IT teams
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Support legal operations projects, implementations, integrations, enhancements, and change management
  • Coordinate with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information
