Position:

  • Legal Operations Analyst
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • 2–4 years in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related functions
  • First-level university degree
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas and macros
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP S4 experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support Legal Department financial management, budgeting and forecasting
  • Review legal invoices and prepare spend reports and audits
  • Identify and resolve billing issues with external legal service providers
  • Generate analytical reports on legal spend and financial metrics
  • Support Legal Operations projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Design and streamline workflows using legal technology
  • Coordinate with teams to improve operational efficiency
