• 3–5 years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Spend Management, eBilling, legal administration, or related functions
• Hands-on experience with eBilling/legal spend systems
• Experience managing outside counsel invoices and legal spend
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with matter management, accruals, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage legal eBilling and legal spend processes
• Review outside counsel invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Monitor budgets, accruals, forecasts, and legal spend
• Maintain accurate legal matter records and support matter intake
• Prepare legal spend, workload, budget, and performance reports
• Support legal technology platforms including matter management and CLM systems
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT, and external law firms
